Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at the business where they were purchased.

Vouchers can be used in full or in part. Any remaining balance may be used before the expiry date.

Vouchers can be redeemed alongside other accepted payment methods (e.g., cash or card).

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. The expiry date is printed on the voucher. After expiry, any unused balance will be forfeited.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

The contract is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Vouchers are delivered by email to the specified recipient, including voucher value, expiry date, a unique voucher code or barcode, and business contact details.

Lost or deleted vouchers may be reissued at our discretion if proof of purchase is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse vouchers suspected to be fraudulent or duplicated.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not yet been used.
